Don at Storage Pros has been a very helpful man. Since the time I have rented my storage units, he has provided me with dollies, buckets and any other supply that was on hand that he had available, I was able to use it. He is very generous and has very good conversations. He does the best he can for you if he's able to.
In a nutshell: this place is awesome. Above all else what really sets this place apart is their management. They are so willing to go above and beyond to work with you, and it was refreshing to finally do business with someone that actually cares about you as a customer. I would recommend this place to ANYONE even remotely close that needs to store their stuff.
I Store my stuff there went to get access to find they are no longer 24hrs and are closed on weekends this company that bought them didn't even send notice of changing hrs or owners units are not temperature controled and so a lot stuff got destroyed I have never stored stuff before this so I didn't know anything about that and in mi u can't not have temp control units I had a metal clock rust out cheap electronics destroyed wood furniture rot never again and the only reason I have not left yet is I can't get in because the hrs of being open are always when I'm at work or asleep
