I decided to keep a dolly for an extra day and just returned a trailer. I left the dolly back at my home. They said they would have to charge me for a lost Dolly It cost me an hour of my time to go back and get it at my home. Plus probably more gas than the dolly rental was for a day. Seems that common sense and courtesy should have been used. Beware . Also the blue haired lady as in the other bad reviews. Don't believe Local Guides. They only give positive reviews to gain points. Bad reviews get them no points.
Great truck. Long wait time to get an employee to help you. (Only one there.) once we were helped we were greeted with an angry blonde (dyed blue hair) who didnt want to help anyone. She had an attitude so naturally I gave it right back. She was very demanding in her voice and even questioned My amount of miles after she said and I quote well dont you have google maps? With yet another snotty voice. Why work here if you hate your job so much? Also, awesome to see crazy colored hair and hickeys on the employees. Keep it classy. 2 cause the truck was good.
Had to use their trailer to haul some stuff and everything went smoothly. Have no biggie with them.
Absolutely the worst customer service! And over charged our credit card then said we still needed to 212 more dollars. We have proof of the amounts taking from the bank statement.
