  I was referred to CubeSmart by a person that stores a vehicle annually during the winter months at this location. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable, I was given a tour of the location, (it was clean and well-maintained), and provided the necessary details to make sure my storage experience was a positive one. The only thing I wish could be modified is their referral program. The person that referred me will not be able to receive the credit because they are not currently renting - but they will be in a matter of months. No way to place their credit on the books??

  Office open on Sunday, freindly+helpful.Units clean and in good condition, locks available if needed. No contact, month to month. Good location and appears secure.5'x10' bigger than area average 5x8'Very nice.

  Manager there is Awesome. Best customer service I have had when dealing with storage in a long time. She helped me with options and even took time with me. Wonderful person.

  The unit we had reserved was not sufficient in size for all of our belongings and they were able to get us into a larger unit immediately and still applied the discount we had for the smaller unit. Everything went seamlessly.

  Units Are OK, but They Keep Raising the RENT! Way Too Expensive for Me! I Need to Move Out. The Garage Door, Is Very DIFFICULT To Open! I Used a Whole Can of Spray Lubricant, and It Barely Helped! I Told Office and Girl Said She Would Go Spray It Again but NO CHANGE. TRACKS Are RUSTY and Need SANDING Or REPLACING! I Have to Bring a Man to Help OPEN MY UNIT! Not Worth the Price!
