Christina and Jason were helpful and knowledgeable, as well as fun! We appreciated all they did for us and the grandchildren we had along with us. A true class act!
This location has the best customer service I have ever experienced. We have become regulars between ring repairs and purchases. Every time we walk in we are greeted kindly and have been able to get to know the staff very well. Christina, Mark, Naomi and Sherri are amazing and it has been so wonderful to see them every time we have to stop in. I had been in so many times for repairs that they were able to replace my ring with a new one. About a month later we were able to purchase our wedding bands. I now have such a beautiful quality ring that will last a lifetime. They go the extra mile at this location to build a relationship with their customers and there are honestly no words for how much I appreciate everyone that works there
Went to the store today to purchase a necklace for graduation. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The staff is always professional and the merchandise is very well presented. I will definitely be back and look forward to telling friends and family about my experience!
