Simply Amazing! I arrived after close around 6:20 pm. I started to walk away from the front door and they came out to catch me before I left the parking lot. They helped me with a Rolex watch and adjusted it for me. This is excellent customer service going above and beyond. I will use them first for any jewelry purchase moving forward.

Jeff helped me pick out a beautiful set of pearl earrings, and answered all of my questions in common and simple terms, and made me feel comfortable and welcome shopping there, regardless of the size of my purchase. A year or so later, when it came time to shop for an engagement ring, I knew they were going to be my guys and George was very helpful and communicative with me throughout the process of ordering a customized ring, and he made sure I had everything in time for the big day. Jeff and George are both great guys, always offering a smile when you walk in and a hand shake on the way out and they will be my go-to jewelers in the future.
