Had just gotten a Mani/pedi at the nail salon in Breton Village and decides to head to loft to see what they had and their back door is locked. I saw people in the store so I knew they weren't closed. An employee motioned to me to go around to the front door. There was no sign on the door to the store or at the back entrance of the mail stating this. So to shop there I would have to walk outside and either walk all the way around the building or get in my car and park in the front. And then she and the customer she was ringing up seemed to laugh at the circumstances. So yeah, you just lost a customer.
The staff could be much more attentive when assisting shoppers in the dressing room, asking them if they need anything, offering to get them a dressing room instead of the shopper just walking in on their own. The lack of care by employees at this location is off putting. I prefer shopping online because of this. The Grandville store is much better in selection and customer service.
I just picked up an order here that I ordered online. Extremely easy transaction, and the little lady behind the counter was extremely warm and helpful. She put a smile on my face. Great customer service!
I have always had a great experience at this store. The employees are always quick to offer me a fitting room, check the back for alternate sizes and/or offer to order the item online. This past weekend I was looking for a last minute outfit for an upcoming event. The girl assisting me helped me put together a great outfit that I received a ton of compliments on! Cannot thank the ladies at this store enough! I will definitely continue to shop at this location and suggest you do too!
I received the best possible customer service from the Loft store at the Breton Village location. They are extremely attentive, helpful and check on me several times while in the dressing room. It could not have been a better experience. Great staff!
