The amazing service I received from Dave was, by far, the absolute greatest customer service that I have ever received. He made me feel like I was family, and that he was looking out for my best interests. I stopped by with questions regarding a ring that I had purchased elsewhere. Dave was extremely kind, professional and very genuine in his interactions with me. He definitely went above and beyond to assist me and provided valuable education. I have had nothing but supreme service from them! Dan goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting EXACTLY what you want. My fianc brought me there to design my ring, and I dont think I could have done it nearly as well without Dans expertise. Also, a year later, I needed my ring resized, and they were quick to help me. I could go on for days and days about why this was a fantastic experience, but you should really go see for yourself!
