Super nice people. Got my fiances ring fixed here. They quoted me 60, and it ended up being 50. They were very patient and accomodating, and I would definitely use them again.
Terrific Place! We purchased both an engagement ring and wedding band from Devries Jewelers and we could not be more happy with the service, price, and quality of rings we got! Both Paul and Dan were so patient and knowledgeable as they helped us find a ring within our budget! Then when we bent the engagement ring all out of shape and popped out a stone in a moving accident, they quickly and cheaply fixed the ring for us! Could not have asked for a better experience. We would give six stars if that was an option.
Nice products, but repeatedly the worst customer service experience, causing multiple gifts ordered well in advanced to be delivered late. Boo. Guess their message is loud and clear they don't need my business.
Excellent experience!! I came in as a first time customer to have a new watch sized and have a few links taken off to fit my wrist, as well as to have a battery replaced on my old watch. I helped as soon as I walked in the door by a friendly associate. He took my old watch and worked on it for awhile before discovering that it was not repairable. He sized my other watch out perfectly, and told me to have a great day! I wasn't charged a dime-only given a smile and a "come back and see us next time!" You sir, have all my future business!! Thank you again for such a friendly service!
After visiting many stores in the area to find an engagement ring, I decided to go with Devries because the customer service was so outstanding. My budget was very low, but they still greeted me with a smile and treated me like a valued customer. Zero pressure to buy, and they worked with me to set up a payment plan I could afford.
