A visit to Uncle Cheetah's is a unique experience. There is no other restaurant like it in West Michigan. The staff is obviously well trained to help people get into the Uncle Cheetah spirit. Newcomers will be encouraged to try many samples before ordering. That's part of what really turned me on to Uncle Cheetah's during my first visit.There aren't many places that you'll feel a strong connection with the staff, and it makes UCSS really stand out.
Wonderful selection of soups and sandwiches. About 10-12 different soups that can change daily. Love that they also post each days selection on their Facebook page. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Try a sample of a few of the soups before making your selection. Sometimes I end up getting two!
Uncle Cheetah's is one of my favorite "go-to" restaurants. The grilled cheese sandwiches are killer and the rotating soup selection is outstanding! Every soup is so different and delicious... My rating would be five stars if only the staff were a little friendlier. A couple of employees are great but a couple others seem like they have a black cloud hanging over them. Cheer up - life is good!
This place is incredible!!! Chef Trevor really knows how to cook and its the most delicious soup Ive ever had. Ive tried 4 this week and all of them were phenomenal. The staff is great, the culture of this store is on point. Thank you for the great food and great experience! We will be back!! Cheers!
Excellent soups (read their online description of the dozens of soups they make, although they only make 9 or 10 each day) and toasted cheese sandwiches. Made from scratch with fresh ingredients and a lot of imagination. The food definitely deserves 5 stars but the shop is very small with very little seating. You might want to plan on take out.
