I love the dollar aisle, and the great prices of meat. Their meat saw Fresh & fabulous. Produce and other things are wilted and over priced.
Always happy with their meat selection. Some of the best values in town. Everyone loves their fresh kielbasa! Update: still shop there, but prices have gone up on many items. Vegetables are higher priced ( celery has been$2.99 for months. Cheaper at Family Fare) although it seems like the Mexican items, cilantro, avocado, cactus, tortillas etc are now less expensive. Bananas came back down also. Also appears they are downsizing the $1 items. Haven't given up on them yet! Also not allowing the public to use the restroom is a bad move. I stop there on my way home usually, and sometimes count on using it. Now sometimes skip stopping there because of that.Thank God they didn't change the Kielbasa!!
Ralph's has great deals on meat as well as good cuts. It's the only place I buy my meat from. The reason I don't give them now stars is that every since they switched owners they don't carry many things I was used to getting there, certain snacks and even though they take wic, they don't carry most of the sizes that wic allows. And the biggest thing is that they never order enough of the ice cream I like so I have to go elsewhere for most everything besides meat.
