Great service, but the low score is due to the fact that I'm almost certain that on 2 of the 3 times I've had my monthly sched ll filled here that they shorted me. I'd hate to think that someone behind the counter is abusing their position.
Wait times can be extensive, but it is an extremely busy pharmacy. 24 hours is a lifesaver. Was able to call in my emergency inhaler and have it ready with in a couple hours even though they were slammed. Staff member was kind and eager to help. Thank you, Meijer, for helping me get my asthma meds at affordable pricing!
Very very rude when answering phones, and lie constantly. Would never trust them ever. Go here if you enjoy terrible customer service.
They are rude. They say prescriptions will be done and then it's not done at the time they stated and made excuses on why it's not done
The staff here is wonderful and they try to provide full attention to each person. I really like the convenience of a drive up pharmacy but there are times where I feel it would have been quicker to simply park and run in since I end up waiting for an extended period of time at the window or in line - maybe have more than one staff member working the drive-up window or extend it and add more lanes.
