I always received prompt help when I called for a nurse. They were all very kind and always asked if there was anything else they could do for me. Their care was very much appreciated! The meals were good and the hot food was hot when my trays arrived. The PT and OT I received gave me confidence in my ability to be able to go home knowing I was strong enough to be able to manage my care.
I came to Select Speciality Hospital to get well and the environment was one where I was able to. The people there are upbeat and always positive. The food at the hospital was out of sight and worth eating. I would come back in the future if I needed to.
The facility is very welcoming. They have hired fine people who are well-trained and know what they are doing. Many of them have 20 plus years of experience which means a lot to the quality of service you get. This was a welcoming and well-trained hospital.
My stay at Select Specialty Hospital Spectrum Health was great. The staff did exactly what they said they would do. I would recommend this facility to everyone. It's also great that it is a part of Spectrum Health System.
I was very happy with my care. The nurses provided good continuity of care and have good communication. The staff are all on the same page and did a good job. When I was admitted they held a care conference and I was able to meet everyone up front and ask my questions. My family and I appreciated that!
