We need Nepali interpreter hire in metro clinic. My mom appointment was cancelled for three time due to interpreter. Please hire interpreter for better service
Dr Lucas was amazing however when BLAIR the med student came in she was extremely rude and disrespectful. Not only did I switch Drs but switched back to my original Dr in Indiana. I do not recommend especially if she is still there.
The staff is absolutely wonderful there. I never feel like I am a bother to anyone, and they take great care of you. The Metro Health system is fantastic.

Very Unprofessional. Power has been out and they didn't call me to reschedule my appointment. Calling all day on hold for an hour and half just to get hung up on. When they do call to reschedule appointments it's far out. You wait and wait for an appointment and get there just so they can have a sloppy hand written sign on the door saying office closed no power.! Very upsetting, time consuming and a waste of gas.! Atleast let patients know what's going on. Very very very unprofessional
