Thank you to the ICU department for their exceptional care making our daughter comfortable and for caring for our whole family during Jacis last breaths. Nurse Hope who was there all day to make sure we were all informed and that we had whatever we needed was so amazing. Maggie took over on shift change and was right there with everything we needed. Its nurses like Hope and Maggie who make the worst day in our lives so much better with their knowledge and companion that proves how much they love being nurses. Truly from the bottom of our hearts. Thank You!The Beckman Family

3 month payment plan on $2500, are you kidding me? You are not the only one billing me for services for my surgery. Next time I will have my surgery at Spectrum where they are reasonable--I can't believe I just said that. Also It would be nice if your billing department wasn't only open 8:30a-5:00p. It's almost like you don't like accepting patient's money and want to end up in court.

For the most part the staff is nice but they don't follow up on anything.Scary to stay where t have the nurses are so stupid the error is terrible, was mis diagnosed , never saw a dr just a pa who had no idea what he was doing, I had a blood clot in my lung and he said it was a urinary tract infection even though I had no symptoms for a uti, just idiots, didnt chart anything right in the chart, horrible I almost died

Very disappointed. After hours and hours in ER with my son, he got no help. There was no compassion from the doctor. In spite of a severe problem that will only get worse until some treatment or surgery is done, he was turned away. We are told that he needs a specialist, and they don't have one for intestinal problems. I don't understand why any person would be expected to suffer for several more weeks waiting to get in to see a specialist. They didn't even refer him to one. They told him to make an appointment with his family doctor, who can refer him to a specialist. He can continue to suffer while he waits to see the specialist who will then order tests. He will wait and suffer more until those tests finally get scheduled and completed. Then, MAYBE, he will get help, if he lives long enough. OR maybe his condition will have advanced to critical stage by then. Why is this? Is this the type of care people get who are on medicaid like he is? Where is any desire to relieve human suffering, to help someone who is sick? I can tell you that under the same circumstances, I would get better treatment. That is my experience. I have very good insurance and most of my care is covered . Because of that, I get prompt and efficient medical care wherever I go. I would have been admitted and a specialist would have been at my bedside early the next morning. If I needed surgery, like he most likely does, it would have been done this week. Instead, he waits and suffers for weeks and weeks while the medical community drags its feet. Because of the good care I am accustomed to, I was shocked that he was turned away without help. Nobody should be disregarded like that when they are sick. I never believed until now, that the quality of medical care is all about the money. Nobody will ever convince me that he would not have been treated better if he came in with a card from my insurance company or a fat bank account. I always had the highest regard for this hospital. Now, I would not recommend it to anyone. If you want good prompt medical care, especially if you are suffering, go someplace else!

The people were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Also, food was great, and the rooms were nicely renovated in the maternity ward.
