Not the "family" friendly feel there was before the place became VCA. They're always super-busy and the wait times for a scheduled appointment can be a bit long. Once in, though, the care is thorough and expert. My cat was treated with much love and care when he went in recently for a teeth cleaning.
THESE GUYS are so friendly! They have worked with my dog-aggressive dog for a great experience. My pup leaves happy every single time.
We love VCA. We took our dog there in Denver and when we moved to GR we found one close. The VCA Northeast has been great and our new puppy loves all the gals there. We did the puppy plan and it is so easy and definitely worth it!
Very friendly staff that really look forward to seeing your pets. They are all animal lovers themselves so they know how much we love ours. They will even tell you when a med is available somewhere else because they know our money doesn't grow on trees (and it's always more expensive buying directly from a vet's practice.) We're been with them long enough that they know us by name and our kitties' names, too!
I have taken both of my dogs there for a few years at this point. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, the facilities have been clean, and their prices are very reasonable. It's obviously a of love for them, and that comes across in their work.
