When you find a great veterinary office you stick with them. I'm happy to drive the 40+ minutes for 2 cats nd Yorkie knowing they'll be treated with kindness by knowledgeable, experienced professionals.
Took my little Boston terrier to get a second opinion on a severe rash on his abdomen. My vet said it was a rash due to allergies but I was skeptical. I felt very welcomed at Schmitt 's and they were extremely thorough with their examination. They took scrapings and biopsies of the rash and did a few other tests which all came back negative. In conclusion they also believed that it was an allergy causing the rash. I felt confident at this point that the initial diagnosis was correct. They did Thoreau education and what could be causing the rash and offered numerous other testings. I give a 5-star overall for the service that we received however I am deducting a star to My overall review as when the visit was concluded they were up selling me on numerous other things with the bill over $600. After I declined the other services they literally made me feel guilty for not getting the other services. If they would not have tried to upsell and make me feel guilty I would have given them a five-star overall review.
Friendly service, but high prices compared to competetors. Quoted over $300 to neuter our cat. We took him elsewhere for half the price. If you have lots of money to spend I could recommend this office.
My husband and I looked for a while to find a well priced and wonderfully reviewed vet for our pup Cooper. This place has exceeded our expectations!The staff was wonderful from squeezing us in on short notice, to being so welcoming when walking through the front door. They were excellent with Cooper and very informative about all of his pet care needs. I HIGHLY recommend going here.Also Loved Dr. Cunningham she is amazing!
