We got seen right away, tech and veterinarian both cared so much about our pet. Great service at the front and was not too absurd of a price for an emergency room. Would for sure come back here.
First off, let's get the elephant in the room out of the way. This place is expensive. If that bothers you, I recommend going elsewhere.Their emergency services are great. Our dog broke her leg after hours and they were able to get her in and comfortable quickly. The staff was friendly, professional, and to the point.Why not 5 stars? Their non - emergency (follow up appointment and diagnosis in our case) services were at least two to three times as expensive as our current vet, and the surgery my dog needed was 3x as much as two other vets we contacted, one of which we ended up using. Again, I'm sure their quality and professionalism is worth the extra cost to some, however we simply couldn't afford it.I would 100% recommend BluePearl for absolute emergencies though.
Dr Swanson and staff did a Great job treating our Jake Hanson on October 3, 2018. From walking in the door at intake to leaving after treatment, everyone we interfaced with treated us and Jake exceptionally. You need to be proud of your entire staff!! Thank You All Very Much
I took my dog here to check on a wound that was healing. I was concerned about how it looked and it was late at night so this way my only option at the time. The front staff and vet techs were extremely friendly and knowledgeable but the actual vet that I saw didn't really give me any direction.
The staff was wonderful, compassionate and their follow-up was awesome! Ten days after we put our beloved pet down, we received a sympathy card singed by the staff who worked with us. Such a touching thought. Don't know why the negative reviews.
