Steve and his trainee Dylan were great. From call to completion everything went smooth. They explained all options and went straight to work. Easy to talk to during install and kept me informed along the way. They cleaned everything up and didnt leave a mess and even went out of way to introduce themselves to our dog and were great with him.
Last Saturday I clicked on "schedule online" at the Service Professor website and within a few minutes I received an email and shortly thereafter a phone call to schedule a day for some electrical work that we needed done at our home. The online/text communication has been so impressive. Josh came out to our home and was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. This company is a first class operation. Josh gave us a quote for the work to be done and also provided information regarding the possibility of future electrical needs at our home. The quotes were emailed to us so there was no misunderstanding about what was being done and the cost involved for current/future needs. Josh was very respectful of our carpeted area and wore protective covering over his shoes. Owning a home has its unexpected repairs, and they never happen at a convenient time. On a Saturday at 6:30 PM I noticed I did not have hot water. Some quick diagnostics led me to call for help. Our local plumbing company does not work weekends, so I happened upon Service Professor-I am glad I found you! Hot water, and a functioning hot water heater are both important when running a household of 5. I am grateful that I was able to get a new hot water heater installed and completely working on a Saturday night. The hot water heater is important, yes, but there are a few other things that are important:TIME-Service Professor has a plumber to my house within 1 hour. The 4 hour job was completed on the spot. Within 6 hours of discovering my problem, it was completely resolved. This was a tremendous relief to me, and such a gift to our busy family.PROFESSIONALISM-The plumber sent to complete my job (Devon) was kind, courteous, professional, personable and clearly loved his trade. He was present, and professional. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Bravo Devon-job well done!PRICE-No one likes a large and unexpected purchase, but your prices were fair. The charge for a weekend call vs a weekday call was very fair and worth it. I would gladly pay this charge. I have 4 boys camping this weekend, returning home tomorrow. They will all have hot showers and clean laundry instead ignore having to go to a laundromat.
