We arrived around 5:30 pm on a Saturday and only had to wait a couple of minutes for a table. Our waiter was Richard and he was very polite and friendly and refilled drinks promptly. The food was delicious. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin and Parmesan crusted chicken with a side of the fire grilled corn on the cob. I like my steak well done and it was cooked perfectly and still very juicy. The chicken was phenomenal. Very flavorful and not dry at all. The corn was also very tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I was a little apprehensive at first after reading some of the reviews to eat here. I read they were slow to serve and the food was average...However, I was happy to find out that while those people didn't have a great experience, I did! The servers were upbeat, fast and the shrimp and rice was outstanding. My friend also was impressed and said, "This is my new favorite restaurant!" The servings were plentiful and flavorful. Though I'm an hour south of here, I will visit often!
We walked in and a manger (found out later he has been there for 8 years) was very upbeat and welcoming. We were sat in a section with server Taylor. Serious was absolutely wonderful and with a sense of humor. She checked each time a new part of our meal came out and during to see if all was well. The manager came by post to confirm that it was to our liking. This was the best experience we have had in a restaurant in a long while. Just gives us a great reason to return.
Just not wowed by this place. I've been a few times because I had a gift card but the food was fine and so was the service. The bread is good but just not a place I would think of going to on a Friday night.
Resturant was nice and clean with old western flavored decor, service was excellent and they had my favorite local beer. However, I'm sad to say the food did not meet my expectations. The steak was cooked properly, and seasoned flavorful but a tad lower grade than what I expected. It was cooked on a low heat so no searing at all so I didn't get that wonderful and flavorful beef crust like they promote in their own menu photos. The baked potato was fairly dry from being done too long, but still edible, just not freshly prepared. I'm not from the area, but where I'm from these prices will get you the meal I was looking for. I will chose another place to try next time I'm in the area in a couple months.
