We were so happily surprised at the quality of food and the service we received at Curry Kitchen! We had no idea what to order and our hostess was so accommodating. The food was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our experience. This is a must go to restaurant!
The food is the bomb, the restaurant is clean, the prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly. It's my new favorite place for Indian cuisine in the Grand Rapids area. We will be back!
This is our go to place for Indian food in Grand Rapids. They have an outstanding buffet with tons of options, it is all delicious. I have also visited after the buffet, and it is no different ordering off the menu, and going to the buffet, it is all super delicious. Try the Peshwari Naan, so good. They also have a kids menu with chicken nuggets, the kids don't know what their missing out on. I have always had a good experience here.
Excellent food. For example, I asked an Indian friend of mine what he thought about Curry Kitchen and an other Indian Restaurant in the GR area. In his wry minimalistic manner, he said of the other place, "They have the names right". And of Curry Kitchen, he stated, "Go there now before they learn about cheap ingredients". In that comparison he made it clear to me that Curry Kitchen had excellent authentic Indian food, and in my opinion, it has proven true.
Delicious, carefully prepared food with many vegetarian options, in addition to chicken and lamb favorites. I recommend trying the Manchurian cauliflower! We had excellent, patient service. If I lived closer, I'd eat here all the time.
