I call a quote the guy said he would call me back and I have not got a call back not really happy and call around 410pm okay they close that still a enough time to call somebody to back and give them a quote come on now really
I have had Liberty Mutual auto insurance for 10 years and home owners insurance for 3 and have nothing but great things to say. The customer service has been exceptional each time no matter who I speak with. When I needed my car towed the roadside assistance coverage worked flawlessly. When my family had a devastating incident happen many years ago related to an auto accident Liberty Mutual took care of everything and the customer service reps seemed to genuinely care about our well being. All this for great and competitive rates.
Great service...until you need a repair. I had a vehicle that was rear-ended and totaled in an accident and Liberty Mutual took care of it without an issue. Service was great. Then, one of my other vehicles was hit by another driver and required repairs. The vehicle was viewed by the adjuster and the damage was provided to Liberty. They picked and chose what they felt was damaged by the accident, and told me that they would need to have someone else provided by them take a look at the items that they were disputing. Weeks went by without anyone ever taking a look, and then they notified the body shop that certain items were not going to be covered, even though the body shop was able to back my statement of the damage being caused by the accident. No one on their part ever viewed the vehicle, and yet they continued to claim that the damage was not caused by the accident. They actually went as far as telling me that I would need to prove that the damage was caused by the accident. HOW?!!! So, every time I see the commercial about "Getting your WHOLE car back", it angers me.
Great and helpful agents and staff.The foyer of the office building has some nice artwork.Aside from the foyer, this is a suite in a modern office building.Parking was easy and I had no trouble locating the Liberty Mutual office inside the building.Note that the building is close enough to the Cascade Road and Kenmore Street intersection that it may be difficult to make a left turn out of the parking lot toward the I-96 interchange.
