I have been with Bill Cole State Farm for almost ten years. I have never had a single complaint! I have hit a Deer, locked keys in my car, and gone through at least three or four windshields since being under this policy. Every time I had to file a claim the process went quickly and Bill has personally called back and double checked that everything ran smoothly. Customer service from Bill and his staff has always been outstanding! I never have to worry about them having my back. Just needed to give credit where its due because I appreciate getting what I pay for!

I've insured with the Bill Cole State Farm office in Gaslight Village for 9 years, and I've had two major claims. The first was a major house fire and the second was a massive tree falling on my car. When you have a house fire everyone asks how the insurance company is, and I eagerly direct them to Bill and State Farm. In both cases their office integrated seamlessly with the national State Farm claims associates. They met us with compassion, understanding, patience, and professionalism. They really looked out for us, and they know that they have a customer in us for life. I cannot recommend Bill, his office staff, and State Farm enough.
