Worked at the Kentwood location. Zach Hart agency. Do not believe their lies. You will not be making the income they claim. If you're lucky you won't be go into bankrupsy or get eviction notices because you can't consistently make rent like some of the other agents. You will be doing cold calling (oh wait, its not cold calling. Its 'warm' calling because they people may have some idea of why you are calling.) There is no flexibility in your schedule and they frown upon coming in late (EVEN WITH 2 DAYS NOTICE) because of a dentist appointment. They say they will reimburst you for the training materials and time ($250). Never saw a check for that.They say the main demographic is Union memebers. In the office I worked at, it was mostly low income families who could hardly afford thier electrical bill, let alone life insurance. You will be worked like a dog, 20 hours in the office setting up appointments, another 50 out in the field spending your own money on gas and getting more wear & tear on your own vehicle. If you're looking for a job in sales, insurance or just need a new career option, do not start with AIL.

The agent I worked with forged my signature and used my personal information without my permission to reinstate insurance without my consent. I wouldnt recommend them. Who knows who else this has happened to and they didnt notice. Very disappointed
TERRIBLE COMPANY, they are shady and dishonest, deceitful. Not a good company to work for and DEFINITELY not a good company to do business with. They will lie, cheat and steal anything from anyone. This office is especially terrible, do not be fooled by Chris or Pat.
