Just went there, Sunday 11am. Closed ! Supposed to be open until 3pm today! Why? No sign on door, just locked door!My payment is $15.00/month deducted from my Credit Card, they charge an additional from $5.00 to $80.00 month in additional fees I must email about every month.They NEVER return phone calls.Customer service is worst possible.They signed me up 3 years, I wanted 1 year. Called back 24 hrs later when I noted change,,,,,refused to answer phone calls or email.
I walked into the gym and no one was at the front counter, I waited for about 10 minutes and still no one showed up. I even called the place while I was standing there and no answer. I finally wandered around the gym to find a trainer. He acted as if I was an annoyance when I told him I wanted to sign up. As soon as they saw I had a Groupon things got even worse. They tried selling me a membership, but I told them I just wanted to try the place out with my 30 visits first. The guy tossed my groupon back on the table when I told him I didn't want to buy what he was trying to sell me. I stood there waiting for him to give me some instruction thinking I still needed to fill out my personal info(name, address, etc) I even asked don't you need my name. He told me no, said I until June to use my visits and walked away. I didn't even get a tour of the gym. As I walked around, the facility and equipment was dated and dirty. I tried using a tredmill for a couple minutes, but was so furious with how I was treated i left. I refuse to go back. I work in the customer service industry so I know how customers deserve to be treated. And that was HORRIBLE service. This was a waste of money.
