Today I was in the middle of an excellent 95 minute sport massage with Ashley when it was cut short due to a family emergency. Ashley and the staff supported my situation with the utmost grace and professionalism as they quickly got me out the door. I will absolutely come back.
I am a frequent spa goer but I had a horrible experience with this spa. From booking and scheduling, to the actual services, Vasaio not only let me down, but also lost a customer. The front desk personnel were not friendly, extremely rude to myself and had a dont bother me attitude when asking questions about services and pricing. The massage I had was okay, but WAY below average compared to other spas in the area. I will never be back and would not recommend this establishment to anyone in the Grand Rapids Area.
Vasaio is the BEST salon/spa experience I've ever had. I've seen a few different therapists and they've all been amazing. They are great with listening to what I want. They always leave me with tips to help my back and stay comfortable at home. The front desk girls always make me feel so welcome. The facialists and manicurists are great. They always walk me through the process of what they're doing if I ask, but also make sure not to talk too much to give me some time to relax. The salon is incredible, my hair always comes out looking so nice and soft, and I'm able to take information they tell me home to keep my hair healthy. The women at this spa are so great and truly care about their customers. I will never go anywhere else!
