  If you come in here ask for Emily. She truly cares and makes the experience less painful. Shes the kindest person Ive ever met. Thanks to her I continued my treatments. When the pain was too much she would put ice packs all over my face. Shes gives me a mirror to check if everything is ok and is constantly asking me if Im feeling ok. She puts Aloe Vera on n my face when were done, and gives me an ice pack for the road. She genuinely cares for your well being. Emily if youre reading this I really appreciate you doing my treatments. I swear if you werent doing the treatments I would stop because the pain was overwhelming. Your gentle nature and kindness has made my appointments something to look forward to. Thank you so much for everything that you do.

  I've been going to Ideal Image for a couple sessions and almost due for another. I'm getting laser hair removal done from an area I've always hated having hair. After the couple sessions I've had, it's already been much nicer with less hair in that area. If it continues to go well and I get full hair removal results, I'm thinking about doing some other areas on my body that I hate, just not as much as what I'm doing now. The staff always makes you feel extremely welcome! I was nervous my first visit but since I've been there, I've always felt comfortable and taken care of. I would highly recommend them for this type of service if you are able to have it done.Update 07/03/2018: So I'm almost finished with my first hair removal area and am very happy with the results as I got exactly what I was hoping for. I have started another area of removal which is a lot more sensitive so it hurts more but after going the second time around, it wasnt as bad as the first. I am loving the results I see a few weeks after my appointments and am excited to keep coming back for more despite the little bit of pain. Its worth it in the end!! Will continue to go here and get more done as I'm able to. The staff are still very polite and professional.

  I am having laser hair removal for my face and it is amazing and the results are spectacular. Every time I go all the ladies are so sweet. They greet you with a smiling face and are always so nice. I highly recommend Ideal Image to anyone who wants hair removal or any of the other procedures that they offer. You will always be greeted with kindness and a smile.

  I've been going here for facial hair removal. Great experience. Ladies are always in a great mood. Willing to listen to you tell a short story. Very mindful of the person they are dealing with. I'm actually sad that I only have one more visit. Keep up the amazing atmosphere.

  I have been coming to Ideal Image for several years now. The exceptional customer service that I receive and the high quality results keep me coming back for more services. Robyn has been my treatment provider of choice, but honestly all the providers are friendly and wonderful people. The results have been well worth the investment. They are always my first choice when I'm considering services that they offer. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are considering any services they offer.
