As first time homebuyers, we were in desperate need of guidance to help us along the exciting yet terrifying journey of buying our first home. After having bad luck with a few other real estate agents, we finally found exactly what we needed- Scott Bradford. Since day one Scott has been reassuring, educational, informative and most importantly he has been there for us- whatever and whenever we needed. Scott really got to know us in the short time we spent together home searching. He never pressured us to make a decision, but instead gave us all the facts so we could come to an informed decision on our own. Scott is laid back, but he also is very organized, intellectual, and knew exactly what needed to be done at each step. His communication and the attention he gave us was top notch- he responded to us quickly and always found the time to show us houses right away. It is obvious Scott holds a lot of value in making connections and networking, and this is an immense value to his clients. He made several recommendations along the way (key word recommended- he NEVER pressured us) that saved us a lot of time and grief. We spent about three weeks searching for a home before we finally found the perfect one, but even after our offer was accepted Scott maintained communication, letting us know what the next step would be and checking on us to make sure we felt comfortable with the process. We truly hope that Scott remains in real estate for a long time as we plan to utilize him for any home buying or selling process we may embark on.
