Everyone I met from here was so helpful and professional. Overall I could never say anything bad about them. I would totally recommend them to anyone in the Grand Rapids area. They really made you feel welcome the second you walked through the door!
Admittedly I've never directly interacted with Susan, however there was an instance this past week where my wife and I were looking for a house. There was one listed on MLS as being for sale and our agent was able to give us a tour of the house. We decided to put in an offer, but we never heard back from this agency. As it turns out, the property was already in 'Pending' when we took the tour of the house! An offer had already been made and accepted, so the fact that they allowed us to take a tour tells me they were hoping for a better offer. This strikes me as very unethical especially since my wife and I loved the property. The worst part was our agent had to find this information - none of it was relayed by this company. They didn't communicate and tried to scam all of the parties involved with very shady business practices.
