While it is a nice looking structure in a good location, the ramp has multiple problems. The biggest issue is that the entrance and exit are on a one way street that causes a conflict between cars entering and exiting the structure that can severely limit the ability to leave the structure at any time of even moderate traffic. Further, for monthly parkers here, especially those with reserved spots, GR Parking charges you a premium, but then does nothing to enforce or protect your spot. Any complaints are not acknowledged or addressed. I would recommend finding somewhere else to park (even though there are a few options out there). Not a good structure or service.
Really nice aesthetic for a parking garage. Clean and safe, lots of spaces with signage indicating how many free spaces are left before you enter. Close to everything downtown. Some nearby hotels like CityFlat lofts will validate your parking for only $7 overnight.
