This park is amazing for a stroll or just to sit and feel the wind on your faces! The view of the lake is unbelievable! Arguably the best place in Kent county for a picnic! Just watch out for goose poop!
Favorite place to take my family. A short bike ride from our house with a beautiful trail around the lake. The park is basically a long grass lawn on the edge of Reeds lake. There are some trees for shade. There is a boat launch and a path along the water. It is near cute little gaslight village. If you follow the sidewalk northeast you will run into a few more park areas that have walkways that go out over the lake. Parking is free on the street and gaslight village has a free parking garage.
Magical haven in EGR. Perfect place to bring a picnic blanket and read a book while relaxing, or make it part of your stroll around Reed's Lake. Well-kept, lovely landscape. Peaceful views of Reed's Lake. Public boat launch. Perfect place for "me time".
Good to enjoy morning runs and walks. Great to enjoy a nice sit and meditate moment
This is a beautiful place but its beauty is marred by the Canadian goose poo. It ruins the experience. Disgusting.
