Horrible experience at this venue. Get some AC
Wish I could give zero stars. What a terrible place! The event we paid $20 for, was suppose to be from 8pm to 2am. We were there around 930, first people in the place besides employees, and nothing was happening. By 11, there was maybe 10-15 people, & we were told it was being held off till more people were there. Well it should have been advertised that way. We paid $20 a person to stare at an empty dance floor and drink $6 canned beer for 2 hours. The "manager" that was on shift has no business in a management position, as she had no clue what was going on or how to handle the situation. And the "foam party".... Very poor decision to put a slippery soapy substance on the already slippery cement floors! That was just a bad business decision! Clearly the business's judgement is blurried! And the same old wobbly tables from 15 years ago when I was a teenager?? I guess when your business is failing, you can't afford to upgrade equipment! Which is probably why they feel they need my hard earned money more than I do!

I would of given a higher rating but my friends and I went there for a show and we were the second people on line. Got there like 2 hrs early to be first. When they let us in they didn't know where we should stand to go in. We were finally directed to one spot...then 20 minutes later they began to let people in at the opposite end of where we were told go stand..we ended up with not as good of seats as we would of had if the people working there knew what the heck was going on. How do they not know where people are going to enter in? Won't be back.
Been going to the Orbit room since I was 16. They used to have metal shows all the time now I can't even tell if they are open for business. Bands that have been playing the Orbit room forever (like Clutch) are now starting to play at 20 Monroe.
