Absolutely amazing! Went this weekend to the Famous last words, escape the fate concert. First time being there and while its a very small venue.. The experience was amazing. Very personal. We got to meet our favorite band and sit and chat with them for a minute. Without VIP! Bartender was great also. My only complaint is the security. There wasn't really any until close to the end of the show. Which made me uneasy. But overall was an amazing experience!
Depending on what venue you're going to there's not really enough signs to tell you which side to go on. That's the only thing I had to say negative about it. But other than that the layouts beautiful the staff is wonderful price of drinks are fair. The bathrooms were very clean. Very good atmosphere in Grand Rapids.
Ticket I bought said doors open at 8. Then at some point they changed to doors open at 9. Opening act didn't come on until 11. The band I wanted to see didn't come on until midnight. Just tell me what time the band I'm paying to see is performing and dont waste 4 hours of my time.
A great venue with a cool vibe! The only downside is that theres not much seating available. Would definitely see more concerts here.
The new Elevation venue is fantastic. Staff was courteous, and space was clean and we'll managed. Only complaint was vocals could have used a boost up in volume at the Dinosaur Jr concert. Overall a great evening. Thanks to the staff for putting up with all of us punk lovers invading the joint
