Been using them for years and years, very nice folks, good selections and you are always greeted with a smile. Customer service is important and these guys are always friendly and nice.
Very good experience with Hoogerhyde. Squeezed me into the schedule on very short notice for a move of a 1000 lb safe. Guys arrived early and were very professional and friendly. Job was fairly straight forward and. They were in and out in 30 mins. Also, even though I did not purchase the safe from them (purchased from Costco), they offered to haul away the sizable packaging material for me. That was very helpful. I would highly recommend Hoogerhyde and will definitely use them again.
Walked in with my safe 30 minutes before they closed and they made two keys for $13. I walked out 5 minutes later. They were friendly, and efficient. Love this place, they are the key masters!
These people are nothing but good for nothing "safe snobs" at Hoogerhyde... Apparently, when they don't want to do a job(that may require a little HARD work) they decide to make stuff up about YOU and they forget ALL the HARD EARNED MONEY you spent with them "In Good Faith" - There are Plenty of places to buy and have a safe moved, last I checked. Oh, you forgot one thing tho, you damaged my wall taking the safe up the stairs, that was never fixed correctly(That's called BAD service, NOT me being difficult, as you so dishonestly accused me of)... I would not hire you guys to change a Light Bulb after that incompetent brainless conversation I had with "Tom" on the telephone. Thank God, Tom, Showed me his, and their TRUE colors, at Hoogerhyde!! Who needs you guys to move a safe at $160.00 an hour(never did find out what the trip charge was) when I can get it done, just as well, with ANY moving Company in town for waaayyy lesss(I did the research while Tom took his sweet time calling me back while he conjured up a dishonest story)!!! Next! I think they are Really upset and being vindictive because I never followed through with trading my used safe, bought for and purchased from and through Hoogerhyde, for a brand new $1500 safe... I think that's it!! Yup, most definitely... Now I remember clearly. Not impressed with all the reviews for "Making Keys" - There are Dozens of Places where you can have "KEYS" made - Nothing special, Last time I checked, over on the NE/SE Side of Grand Rapids there are plenty of places to have this very same service performed and again, most likely for much much cheaper price!... - Tom, Not sure who you are in relation to the business their(going to assume owner) But Tom, I'd think i'd know if a platform was built for me, and I'm most certain you would have had a price tag associated with this, in which, in fact, you could NOT produce. The Facts speak for themselves, and that's all I have to say. You are most definitely a very confused and incompetent bunch there at Hoogeryhyde. I wonder how many friends/family left these PERFECT set of reviews other, than like TWO other reviews, considering the name "Hoogerhyde", is an incredibly "DUTCH" name and this Town is an Incredibly "Dutch" town - I think about these things and you, the consumer, should also. Word of advice for future customers, Hoohgerhyde, Don't go making up a bunch of lies about someone from eight years ago, just because you are unable to perform competent, customer satisfaction. This was NOT Right, and most certainly was not fair to me, the CUSTOMER, who spent money to KEEP your doors opened, and Business thriving. Even during a recession, I spent this kind of money "In Good Faith", when I DID NOT HAVE TO(non necessity)!!! P.S. I heard "Nick of Time was a much better safe moving company, anyhow, and have decided to donate this piece of junk creaking/squeaking ole used "Over-priced" ugly looking safe I bought from you to them, FOR FREE. About time someone told the truth about your little sheltered and hidden West Side Good for nothing safe business... 48 almost perfect reviews(friends and family)... with the utter most uncalled rude behavior that was displayed to me on the phone by Tom, at this place... come on, gimme a break! And I believe someone most certainly did SWEAR at the guy who left the other bad review also - No doubt about it, I whole heartedly believe the way I was treated on the phone(for NO reasons other than spending hard earned money on a safe) this place is totally capable of being THAT UnProFessional!!
Keys with a chip go here and have an awesome job done. Very efficient and thorough. Prices are great. Customer service is friendly and honest. Clean and safe. I recommend this place.
