My teen accidentally locked the keys in the car while it was still running. I called A-1 Locksmith Service LLC in Grand Rapids and they quickly took my information. A few minutes later the locksmith called and said he was on his way. Within about 15 minutes he was at our house and had the car unlocked moments later. The price was pretty reasonable and the service was excellent! I hope I wont be needing a locksmith any time soon, but if ever the case, I will be definitely calling A-1!
Pat was wonderful on the phone and kept me updated on when the locksmith would arrive. When he showed up, he was polite and courteous and seemed like he had no issue getting my car remote programmed. And no hidden fees when I paid him! Wonderful customer service! Definitely going to call them if I need help again!

I locked my keys in my car at my house. After calling roadside assistance with Geico I was left without any help. I was told all companies were unavailable and that I might try contacting my local police dept. that sometimes the police are trained to unlock cars. After several hours I finally found a company who was willing to drive 45 minutes to help me. I was outside their area but they still helped. It was late and dark outside but Ross was friendly and helpful. He was able to open my car quickly. I am thankful they agreed to help. He was professional. The staff I talked to on the phone was kind and helpful. I highly recommend them. I will be using them in the future and will recommend them to all!
