Terrible and unprofessional.
Unprofessional people rushing about ignoring the line forming behind the glass. I've had to deal with them for a few years now and the last two years they have lost important papers or receipts, have ignored calls or when they would call and ask me to come in (I live near them so its just a quick jog) they would make you wait for as long as they want, and when I called to talk to my case worker that I just talked to, would be informed "they aren't working right now." In addition to the unprofessional, lazy atmosphere there is a definite race-hate relationship that sort of envelops the place. And if you do have some sort of complaint you best keep it to yourself because they control your rent and if you will be able to keep living where you live and they make sure to remind you of that in a not so subtle menacing kind of way. Its nice when people unionize but not so much when its a union for uncaring slumlords

Great team of people who truly care about their residents! They are amazing to work with! Destiny is extremely responsive and consistent! She makes a lot of things happen efficiently and with a smile! :) Felisha and Benjamin are very dedicated caseworkers that make sure they go the extra mile for their residents! Inspectors here (Ron Barnsdale & Tim Lakin) make inspections painless and are always there at the drop of a dime! Thank you so very much Grand Rapids Housing Commission!!
