Love that it is affordable and open 24 hours! But most of the dryers are down, and no one available to help! Most of the time bathroom is dirty, and no paper towels or toilet paper.
My clothes came out with more dirt on them then off them. They have some nice machines but they dont wash worth s*ht. Dryers also suck. Ill never use this facility again.
Got my laundry done, which is why I give it 2 stars. I went on a night where double loads are supposed to be 1 dollar (or some sort of deal like that) but I didn't see a machine in the place that was less than 2 dollars and there was no staff on site to ask about it. It wasn't that big of a deal since I didn't go with that in mind. The other 2 bigger problems were these: 1) I found poop in one of the washers. An entire turd stuck in the door seal. It smelled like dog poo. To be fair, the place was otherwise pretty clean. 2) It seemed like half the dryers were out of order. One woman even warned me off a machine that ate her change and had no sign on it. I won't go there again, even though it is definitely the closest laundromat to me.
Not impressed with the washers here. A few had black mold around the seal, one broke and leaked all over while I was there. There are no paper towels or sanitizer to clean the machines when you are done. Many of the machines are broken but not clearly marked so be very aware of placing your money in the machines...be sure it works. The company was easy to call to request my money back though, prompt in returning my call and courteous customer service.
The washing part was phone for what I didn't realize was when you try to find the dryer there are none 75% of the dryers don't work somebody needs to get in here and fix this place up cuz I guarantee you you are losing a lot of customers you let you be lucky if you make quarter next time don't anybody go here it's a waste of time and money
