While I was doing my laundry, another customer lost a few quarters in one of the machines. She went to tell the owner who told her (loudly) that she needed to chill the ____ out. She said that people are starving and dying this morning and she couldn't believe this customer was getting worked up over "a couple of quarters". This laundromat is conveniently close to my house, but I will never come back. Disgusting.

this is actually a response to Patricks "review" of the laundromat. If you feel the need to review, it would be nice if you told the whole story, not just the parts you deemed necessary. She did NOT lose money, instead, she didn't put enough in. When i said we go through her "episodes", its true. Having done this job for over 20 years, i do know a thing or 2, and do NOT just yell profanity at people for no reason. And on a deeper note, what i said was very true about people dying, starving...this are serious problems..a few quarters are not a serious problem (which...if you were really paying attention..i put them in for her). If you wish..i can get a list of any number of people that would also argue your opinion of me and the way i do my job.Its a nice neighborhood business..where people can come do their wash and maybe have some laughs along the way. Again...i do appreciate feed back, just try to tell the whole story truthfullythank you.
Really close to home,clean, and enjoy always going there they really do put a smile on my face.
