Amazing selection, way more than your average hardware store. But the difference really is that the employees are nice and really seem to know what they're doing! It's always a good experience to come here. They do everything! I get a lot of services here, from knife sharpening to lamp rewiring, all at very reasonable prices. This place is great!
Decent selection at this location, and I was pleased to see they're expanding their camping section.2 stars for their pricing though. $45 for an 18 piece deep well socket set. The same set was selling between $21 and $29 online. Outrageous!
Plenty of Staff around to ask you if you need anything it's a little overpriced and geared towards the residential customer but they do have some useful items for the multifamily customer. Works good if you need a fairly common item quick but if you need 20 fill valves you're better off using a multi-family distributor. No 5/8 drywall either
Visited there for the first time on 08-03-2018. Fabulous store. They had the best selection of Fiesta Ware that I've seen anywhere. Needed some chainsaw parts and the staff was very helpful. Hats off to the lady with the food cart out front with the best bratwurst that I ever had. I'll be back!
In the past four times of going to the Michigan location, I found the parts I needed and had plenty of help from the staff on the floor. The first two visits went great. Sadly, the past two checkout experiences is where my business was lost. One instance the staff was very rude and huffy to my Dad when he asked for a bag to carry his items after being checked out. The teller was busy, but my Dad was still at the register when he requested the bag. The second instance, occurred when I returned a tail piece and was told that it wasnt on my receipt and that the teller must not have rung it up. They took the tail piece and just added it back to their stock without reimbursing me. I know I purchased the equipment at that store. I am definitely disappointed to have to take my business elsewhere, but have not been impressed when I go to check out.
