I really cant say enough about these guys! I just had my 4th Godwin In-home Repair yesterday. Once again, top notch across the board. Yesterday, Allen was the serviceman assigned to my appointment. He was extremely pleasant. On top of that, he was very professional, quick and best of all, honest. Just like the ALL of the previous servicemen that have come out to my home. I say honest because he could have easily spent at least 2 3 times the amount of time repairing the issue. But he spent just under an hour. My appointment dates was roughly 10 or so days from when I initially called, but its only because Im not the only one who know these guys are the best in the area. If your issue is something that doesnt need immediate attention, Godwin is worth that extra days you may need to wait.
People there are wonderful. They will not BS you there. I went in looking for a pesticide for my yard that kills a certain type of bug and is safe for pets and humans, they took the time to read the labels and found one that will work. This store has awesome employees.
The best for plumbing needs and advice, prices about same as big box. Highly recommend!
Hands down, the best customer service I have ever had. With a need to fix a claw foot bathtub but no idea where to start, I walked in to find a couple of gentleman who answered all my questions, rebuilt the faucet that is almost impossible to find, re-threaded a fitting and charged more than a fair price for the pieces I needed. I can't thank the staff enough and I go there any chance I can!
Steve was our technician and was great. Walked me though the issues my A/C and had it working in under an hour. Godwin will be my first call in the future!
