  I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day a few weeks in advance. They wrote down the incorrect address, and got the correct one by calling my girlfriend. They were friendly on the phone, but that was the extent of their helpfulness. They didn't answer the phones in the flower shop. They were unable to provide accurate delivery estimates when I did get a hold of their delivery driver. Flowers never arrived.

  Love this floral place! Won't go anywhere else. They take the time to help you and make sure you leave happy.

  I needed a last minute birthday gift and wasnt sure I could have flowers delivered the same day. I used there online service. They had plenty of options for the occasion and the price was decent. They were delivered within 4 hours of ordering them, and they were absolutely beautiful. Exactly as the picture shown online. I have ordered from them many times and each time have followed through with beautiful, long lasting bouquets! Highly recommended!

  They did a great job for me all on the phone. My aunt was thrilled with the flowers, took a photo of them and sent it to me. I was very happy with working with Rose Bowl.

  I worked here before and the people can be great. They do have a variety of bouquets, garden statues, fake flowers, vases and much more at a reasonable price. The done side they arent responsible for their own doing, they don't have enough people on very busy holidays. The most important person should be there when these busy days come to help everyone be on the same level.
