  It doesn't matter what others say about how stellar the end results are supposed to be with this retailer. If it is a not a satisfying experience from START to finish it is not worth it to me when I have to spend a minimum of $50 for flowers to be delivered a couple miles away from them. They act like they are doing you a BIG favor, their telephone manner is rude. You hang up the phone after placing the order and think "Gees, I don't feel good about this, I can't put my finger on it but I just don't like the way the call went and how I was treated even though all the words were right their manner was just condescending and rude.". Just call back and cancel the order and call someone else. You'll feel so much better that you didn't settle for being the one that they let their guard down with and rested on whatever laurels they seem to think they have.

  I ordered what was supposed to be a bright, colorful arrangement for a funeral with pink lilies, blue hydrangea, purple stock, yellow soldago and extra fillers. I used to work at a floral shop so I know sometimes you have to work with what you have but they ended up using mostly yellow and white with a hint of blue! I was so disappointed they didn't even attempt to make it colorful as was my whole intent for my friend. Plus they used some flower options that I know are cheaper (i.e. gerber daisies). I spent $90 for it and what they made looked like I chose to be cheap and boring.

  Daylily Floral has such a wonderful selection! I love that they have an amazing L'occtane lotion & soap collection and candles too!
