Best shoe buying experience of all time.While buying Birkenstocks, mentioned that I have bone on bone in knee. Sales person, Dylan, asked if I had ever tried Hoka running shoes. Women's size 11 we're a tad short, but felt amazing, tried a men's size but too sloppy. Dylan stretched the size 11, put in a thinner insole and...perfection. I walked almost two hours and my knee felt great. He also sanded off the inside of leather straps on my new Birkenstock's so they feel well worn and comfy like my old ones. Amazing customer service.
Had a great experience with the manager on duty, very pleasant. However the nonslip shoes he sold me were not non slip at all. Will be returning tomorrow!

Just had an amazing shopping experience with Dylan M. ! I highly reccomend shopping here especially if you are in between brands or unsure of what you want. Dylan got my fianc and I fully measured and provided some great options that fit amazing. We were shopping for a solid pair of hiking sandals for our upcoming honeymoon. We had looked into some major brands and Dylan was able to help us into the right pair for our feet. We never appreciated the importance of a proper fit (which is more than just a shoe size).
