This school is terrible. They don't give urgent messages to the principal. The principal is never accessible by phone or in person, supposedly.A admin antagonized my son during a physical run in where a security guard hurt him while taking him out the office, yelling, "bye Felicia" to him during this volatile situationPrincipal; Mr Wilbon, was supposed to allow my son to file a grievance report, still has'nt happened; this occurred 3 months ago! My son has been brushed off each time he's brought up the report. He is being picked on simply for the fact he has a bad record from a previous school. I feel as if the things he goes through are irrelevant to the principal because of my sons record, and that isn't fair nor appropriate.Also I advised the principal of a situation involving a young girl showing child porn to male students in her class. The principal response was totally nonchalant stating that since he couldn't get a name of the child that reported it, there was nothing he could do, I even provided the young ladies name and classroom.This principal is terrible and needs to give his seat up because he's worthless!
Beautiful school! Many passionate teachers, staff, students, parent volunteers, and community partners. 6th graders join Challenge Scholars and start earning a full college scholarship to the college of their choice! Awesome media club. The other reviews mention drama, but I see a lot of great leaders among the students. (Come visit for yourself.)
This school was trash when I went to it I always was bullied and mr wilbon Never did anything about it And ms cortes was very mean to me
I like this school mostly the good teachers one like Mrs.Adelman another Mr.Hartlinelove them, and like many I am a girl and would love to keep coming to this school
lots of drama ,lots of swearing , not the kids fault teachers are bad role models
