Employee was vey rude and will not tell me where my package is. Told me he has no idea why my package was not delivered. They will not answer their phone and take their sweet time answering the door to let you in.
I live in western wisconsin and have ordered from a place in Alpena MI before and received my packages no problem. I ordered something and it shipped on 3/9/18 but was delayed on 3/12/18 after getting to this location. Today is 3/21/18 and I still dont have my package nor do I have any updates as to where it is and whats going on. Terrible job by the postal service.
WARNING! They only do cash so if you have something that is postage due they will not give it to you unless you have cash. They aslo had no idea where my package was and took 10 minutes to find it. Also the entrance is next to impossible to find had to drive around the block to get to it.
My sender messed up my address for a very important priority mail. The ladies in the center went beyond their way to help me track my mail and found it. I really appreciate all the help! Thank you very much for your kindness!
Not sure why all the negative reviews of this location. I was quickly helped and on my way. Guy who helped me was friendly. Overall theyre postal workers, what kind of service do you expect?
