What a disappointment. Pizza was mediocre at best and way overpriced. Sauce tasted like it was out of a can. Pepperoni was subpar and they use canned mushrooms. The Philly cheese sub was terrible. The meat tasted funny. The only thing that was good were the cinnamon bites. Won't be ordering from this place again.
Food was good as well as the service. Just needed more staff do to all of the call in orders. 2 men 10 orders but the were more than pleasant just extremely busy so the time was a little longer than anticipated.
Reasonably priced, as easily accessible as any other delivery in the area via Uber eats, was fantastic the first time we tried it. Second time was rough. Wrong quantity, sauce and product on our wings. The other food wasnt very good. Not bad, just not good either. I'm assuming we ordered at a busy or short staffed time. Uber eats I'm sure adds some bumps for the staff. So judging by my two experiences and the other reviews, if you order Swankys you might be happy. You could do a lot worse considering the price point and convince. But there's reliability issues.
If I could give zero stars I would. We waited 75 minutes for our food to be delivered and we didn't receive two of the things we ordered. I called to tell them about what we didn't receive and they called me a liar. Two different people said you received the poutine you ordered. I did NOT receive it. I have no reason to lie about it. We were missing $8 worth of food. The first guy said all he could do was owe me fries next time. I said there won't be a next time. I asked to speak to a manager and he called me a liar too. So, I got an attitude with him. He said ma'am stop getting an attitude...do you want your food or not? Umm yeah I will get an attitude and I most certainly want what I paid for. WOW! Horrible customer service!
First off they only get one star because i can't NOT choose a lower option!!!I!!!Ouricken was delivered looking like a box of pork rinds. The fish was fried in the bottom of the oil and had the oil droppings all over it. We ordered fried traditional chicken wings and they were way over cooked, no breading and they were not wings but wing dings. Prices are too high for the food. Manager Frank was completely rude and said they have no refund policy when I asked and told me I should just order from somewhere else if I wanted what I thought I was ordering. He told me to eat or or not we were not getting anything and argued that there website described their food right. The description on the menu was nothing like what we received. Disgusting and we never ate the food, 8 pm and my children had to wait another 45 minutes to eat while I'm out $25 dollars on food that is now going in the trash untouched!!!!!!
